AI Enablers ("we", "us") runs theaienablers.com, a job board and weekly email newsletter. AI Enablers is operated by Paxton Riter, an individual sole proprietor based in Dallas, Texas, USA. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, plus the date you signed up and the page you used. You confirm your subscription by clicking a link in a confirmation email (double opt-in).
- Purchases (featured posts and sponsorships): Stripe collects your name, email, company, job posting link and payment details. We receive your name, email, company, job link and the amount paid. We never see or store your full card number.
- Emails you send us: if you email [email protected], we keep the message and your email address so we can reply.
- Site usage: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (IP address, browser and pages requested) to deliver and protect the site. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you.
We don't ask for or want sensitive information. We don't run ads, and we don't sell or rent your personal information.
How we use it
- To send the newsletter you asked for (every Tuesday) and occasional related announcements.
- To publish and manage featured job posts and sponsorships you buy, and to send receipts and service messages.
- To reply to you, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the site working.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run AI Enablers, and only for those purposes:
- Kit (ConvertKit LLC) stores the newsletter list and sends the emails.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and forwards email sent to [email protected].
- Google (Gmail) receives forwarded email to that address.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Job listings
Job listings come from public employer career pages. When you click "Apply", you go to the employer's own site, and their privacy policy applies there. We don't receive your application.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe at any time with the link in every newsletter email.
- Access, correction or deletion: email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or some US states), you may have extra rights, such as the right to object or to data portability. We'll honor them.
- If you're in the EU or UK, our legal bases are your consent (newsletter), performing our contract with you (purchases) and our legitimate interests (security and replying to you).
How long we keep it
- Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Email correspondence is kept for as long as it's useful to support you.
International transfers
We're in the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and other countries.
Children
AI Enablers is for working professionals and isn't directed at children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date. If the changes are material, we'll tell subscribers by email.
