These terms cover your use of theaienablers.com and the AI Enablers Weekly newsletter, and any purchase from us. AI Enablers is operated by Paxton Riter, an individual sole proprietor in Dallas, Texas, USA ("AI Enablers", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
1. The job board
- Most listings are gathered from public employer career pages and link to the employer's own posting. We write short original summaries, and the employer's posting is the official version.
- We try to keep listings accurate and current (they're refreshed daily), but we can't guarantee that a role is still open, or that its details, pay or location are complete or correct. Always check the employer's posting.
- We're not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency. We aren't part of any hiring decision, and we don't receive your application.
- Employers who want a listing corrected or removed can email [email protected].
2. Featured posts and sponsorships (for employers and sponsors)
- What you get: a Featured post ($199) is pinned at the top of search and role pages for 14 days, with a highlighted card and logo, and is mentioned in one weekly newsletter. Featured + newsletter spotlight ($299) includes the same 14-day Featured placement and adds a spotlight write-up in one weekly issue. A newsletter sponsorship ($100 per issue) is the primary sponsor slot in one issue.
- Your content: you confirm that you have the right to share the job description, logo and links you send us, that the job is real, and that the listing complies with the law, including anti-discrimination law. We may edit for formatting, or decline content that is misleading, unlawful or off-topic. If we decline your content, we'll refund you in full.
- Timing: we'll email you to confirm details after checkout, and publish once we have what we need.
- Launch offer: the first 5 companies get their first featured post free, while spots last. The offer is limited to one per company, has no cash value, and is confirmed by email.
3. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.
- Before your post or sponsored issue goes live, you can cancel for a full refund.
- After it goes live, payments aren't refundable.
- To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
4. The newsletter
The newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email. Sponsored content is labeled.
5. Acceptable use
Please don't scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, try to break or overload it, or use it to send spam or for anything unlawful.
6. Our content
The site design, summaries, salary analysis and newsletter are ours. You're welcome to share links and to quote short excerpts with attribution. Employer names and logos belong to their owners.
7. Disclaimers
The site and newsletter are provided "as is". Salary figures are posted ranges, not offers or advice. Nothing here is career, legal or financial advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AI Enablers isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes don't affect purchases already made.
